There are currently 428 lots out of the 500 called for in the Master Plan that are either owned or available for sale by the developer.  As of March 2008 there are 398 lots (ranging in size from to five acres) developed for residential use and are part of the Dammeron Valley Landowners Assoc. (DVLA).
